CONTRACT TERMS

By signing, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms of this contract, which constitutes a credit application when applicable, and authorize our representative agent to obtain a consumer credit report only in financing cases. Once approved, you agree to pay monthly interest charges in addition to the sales price listed below the checkboxes. Note: This provision does not apply to cash payments.
This incentive or agreement is between the buyer and the seller.
