Plan de diagnóstico y seguimiento preventivo de la calidad del agua

Water Quality Diagnosis and Preventive Follow-Up Plan

DD dash MM dash YYYY

1. Background and Technical Diagnosis

It is hereby stated that, following the technical inspection carried out at the clients’ residence, it was determined that the water supply presents a critical condition of dissolved sediments. It is important to record that the piping and hydraulic installations of the property already had issues and obstructions prior to the installation of the new treatment system. Therefore, the current system will operate under higher-than-normal hydraulic stress conditions.

2. Mandatory Follow-Up Plan

Due to the high concentration of sediments, the optimal operation of the equipment strictly depends on a preventive maintenance program. The following terms are agreed upon: Frequency: Follow-up visits and technical cleaning will be carried out every 3 to 6 months. Plan Duration: This intensive monitoring plan will remain in effect for 2 years from the date of this document.

3. Statement of Consent

By signing this document, the clients declare that:

declare that:
  • They have been informed about the previous condition of their pipes and the quality of the incoming water.
  • They understand that failure to comply with the maintenance schedule (every 3–6 months) may result in irreparable damage to the system or a reduction in its lifespan, which would void any warranties due to misuse or lack of proper care.
  • They release the installing technician from liability for failures caused by sediment saturation if maintenance is not performed within the stipulated timeframes.

Weather forecast for today
Today, on Saturday, July 25, sunlight and clouds will take turns dominating the sky. The highest temperature will be a tropical 93.2°F, while the lowest temperature will be a temperate 78.8°F. The maximum heat index, which reflects the perceived temperature due to humidity levels, is computed to be a searing 114.8°F. Take into consideration that the heat index values are calculated for shade and light wind conditions. Bear in mind that direct sunshine exposure increases weather impact and may raise the heat index by up to 15 Fahrenheit degrees. Today's peak temperature is expected to align with July's common high of 90.9°F. Sunrise will be at 6:43 am and sunset at 8:20 pm; the daylight will last for 13h and 37min.
