Through this document, the water purification systems using Reverse Osmosis scheduled for delivery are hereby formally handed over.

In order to formalize the receipt of the equipment and activate the corresponding warranties, we kindly ask you to confirm the reception of the first unit (delivered today) and the remaining units (scheduled for tomorrow).

Likewise, we kindly request that you complete the following record with the SERIAL NUMBERS of each unit received, so that we can cross-check the information with our shipping records:
