The aforementioned individual(s), acknowledging that their individual credit history may be a factor in the applicant's evaluation, consents to and authorizes a third-party credit provider and any additional funding services, including dealers, lenders, or other service providers, to obtain and use a consumer credit report of the undersigned, now and hereafter, as necessary in the credit evaluation review process, and waives any rights or claims they might otherwise have. By signing, you certify that all information in the application is true and complete. You authorize us to compile this information in this application and to disclose information about you or your account to credit reporting agencies and other persons authorized to receive it. You further authorize and instruct us to request and receive information about your credit from any credit reporting agency or other third party.
