If, for any reason, use of the digital link is difficult, the application may be completed in physical form, using clear and legible handwriting and avoiding any erasures, alterations, or transcription errors. It is recommended that a scanned copy of the ID and driver's license be submitted to verify the customer's information, as well as confirmation of the email address and telephone numbers. All of the foregoing is intended to prevent delays and avoid complications in connection with the credit application, allowing results to be obtained promptly and favorably for the customer, taking into consideration that both the customer's and distributor's time is of utmost importance, without intending to cause any inconvenience or dissatisfaction to either party.
    • Installation link.
    • Soap link.
  2. THE DISTRIBUTOR shall provide banking information at the time of verification, or, if possible, beforehand, for the purpose of timely processing the corresponding documentation for the proper formalization of the signature before the financing institution.
  3. The soap link must be completed on the same day the sale is made.
  4. Assist the customer in signing the relevant document, thereby avoiding delays, since any delay will postpone payment to everyone involved in the sales and installation process.
  5. Inform the customer that the ACH authorization for direct charges must be completed and signed before the respective financing document is signed.
  6. THE COMPANY shall provide THE DISTRIBUTOR with die-cut folders, properly identified with the design and corporate image of Ozone Water Treatments. The purpose of these folders shall be to ensure that, once each sale has been completed and formalized, THE DISTRIBUTOR delivers the corresponding folder to the customer containing all documentation related to the purchase, properly organized and complete.
  7. The warranty must be signed by the purchasing customer and shall remain with the customer. For warranty control purposes, the customer must scan the QR code attached to the OZONE sales folder and electronically sign the warranty. Likewise, THE DISTRIBUTOR must scan the warranty and send it via WhatsApp to the corresponding group together with the customer's ID.
  8. The authorized installer must promptly send, once the installation has been completed, photographs and serial numbers of the equipment used, in accordance with the guidelines established by THE COMPANY.
  9. THE DISTRIBUTOR shall keep the equipment inventory duly updated as installations and operational movements take place.
  10. THE DISTRIBUTOR acknowledges and agrees that it does not represent any governmental entity and does not act as an agent or representative of any government assistance program. Accordingly, it is strictly prohibited to approach, contact, or communicate with customers using false or misleading information or any practice that may mislead them. Likewise, THE DISTRIBUTOR may not use uniforms, identification, or elements that could create the appearance of representing an entity other than THE COMPANY.
  11. THE DISTRIBUTOR must identify itself at all times with its respective identification card and present itself as an authorized independent salesperson of OZONE WATER TREATMENTS. In addition, it shall be responsible for maintaining clear, professional, ethical, and transparent communication with customers, ensuring that accurate information is provided and respecting the policies, procedures, and values established by THE COMPANY.

NINTH. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

The installation of the equipment is strictly and expressly prohibited until prior approval of the financing has been obtained from the financing institution, and such equipment may not be financed for any reason.

The equipment may not be installed under the name of THE DISTRIBUTOR or any of its associated representatives in order to benefit the customer. Therefore, it is imperative to properly comply with the applicable procedures for the sale of such equipment and the closing of the transaction.

Any installations carried out in violation of the foregoing guidelines shall be deemed invalid. Accordingly, the first two pull-outs of the month arising from the removal or deinstallation of equipment because the customer cancels the sale, as well as the costs incurred for transporting such equipment, shall be paid as follows: fifty percent (50%) shall be assumed by THE COMPANY and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be assumed by THE DISTRIBUTOR. Such amount shall be estimated at between $2,000 and $3,000, depending on the distance between the equipment and the office. If more than two pull-outs occur in a month, all resulting expenses shall be borne entirely by THE DISTRIBUTOR. Likewise, the equipment involved in the pull-out must be reinstalled within no more than thirty (30) consecutive days from the date of deinstallation. If the equipment is not successfully reinstalled, THE DISTRIBUTOR shall bear the expenses resulting from internal damage to such equipment.

If the customer cancels the sale after having signed the document and after the verification call by the financing institution, that is, after three (3) business days have elapsed from the time the sale was closed, the customer shall be responsible for thirty percent (30%) of the expenses for the removal or deinstallation of the equipment, as set forth in the Work Order, which THE DISTRIBUTOR is required to explain to the customer. Such Work Order must also be duly signed by the customer.

For reimbursement purposes, any payment made by debit/credit card, platform, or check shall be subject to a 3.5% deduction from the amount being refunded.

The installation message must be sent to the WhatsApp group as soon as possible in order to expedite the aforementioned installation.

TENTH. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information relating to customers, prospects, databases, and commercial records generated by THE DISTRIBUTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute data of THE COMPANY for the purpose of continuing follow-up, supervision, and communication with the customer regarding the installed equipment, whether for warranty, maintenance, and/or services related thereto. THE COMPANY agrees not to use such data for other commercial purposes or assign it to other distributors.

TWELFTH. NON-COMPETITION AND NON-SOLICITATION

During the term of this Agreement, THE DISTRIBUTOR agrees to offer Ozone Water Treatments products or services as its primary offering, while allowing THE DISTRIBUTOR to present products from other companies, depending on the territory.

If THE COMPANY incorporates new salespersons, analysts, or personnel within the territory assigned to THE DISTRIBUTOR, such individuals shall be registered within our operational structure and shall have no economic impact on THE DISTRIBUTOR'S compensation program. Conversely, if THE DISTRIBUTOR recruits and, following prior discussion and approval by THE COMPANY, incorporates a new salesperson, analyst, or collaborator, such individual shall form part of its compensation program. Such individuals shall not have any type of alliance with THE COMPANY, as they shall form part of the external team of THE DISTRIBUTOR. However, if any agent, salesperson, or representative recruited by THE DISTRIBUTOR voluntarily decides to terminate their employment, contractual, or commercial relationship with THE DISTRIBUTOR and subsequently expresses an interest in establishing an independent and direct commercial relationship with THE COMPANY, the latter may, at its sole discretion, enter into a new contractual or commercial relationship with such person, provided that no applicable legal or contractual obligation prohibits it.

The establishment of such new commercial relationship shall be independent of the existing or previously maintained relationship between THE COMPANY and THE DISTRIBUTOR and shall not, by itself, constitute a breach of the obligations assumed by THE COMPANY under this Agreement.

THE COMPANY AND THE DISTRIBUTOR shall establish a compensation table for the economic development and growth of the balanced sales team, including with respect to other regions.

THIRTEENTH. TERM, RENEWAL, AND REVIEW

This Agreement shall have an initial term of two (2) years beginning on the date hereof, 06/22/2026, and shall automatically renew unless written notice to the contrary is provided at least sixty (60) consecutive days in advance.

(c) Operational Cessation

In the event of an operational cessation at the branch resulting from a material breach duly established by THE DISTRIBUTOR, the latter shall be responsible for covering the operational costs and return transportation costs of the equipment to the main office. In all other cases of termination of the Agreement—including mutual agreement, unilateral decision by either party, or causes not attributable to THE DISTRIBUTOR—the transportation and removal costs of the equipment shall be covered equally by THE COMPANY and THE DISTRIBUTOR.

SIXTEENTH. SERVICE REPORTING AND SUPPORT

Any technical support request must be sent to the official customer service email address, including a detailed description of the situation presented.

The terms and conditions established in the official warranty document shall apply.
